Trick your brain for Happiness Excerpt-2

Brain Programming
What we think, we become.
Buddha
Subconscious programming starts with thoughts. These thoughts originate in the conscious mind. Then they are stored in the subconscious mind for processing. Once the subconscious mind processes these thoughts, it stores them for later retrieval. Thoughts held for later retrieval are beliefs.
Everything in a person’s life is a result of what they thought. Thoughts are powerful. Thinking something positive would produce positive results.
We can change our subconscious programming by performing.
Meditation
Creative visualization
Or both
Meditation
There is no better way to reprogram our subconscious mind than meditation. Through meditation, we reach our subconscious mind. Any thoughts that we want to put into our minds automatically go into our subconscious minds while meditating. Meditation is a powerful tool. It balances us emotionally, mentally, and even physically. It reduces stress, anxiety, depression, and mood swings. Meditation also increases mental stamina, helping focus better and recall thoughts more easily. Meditation replaces negativity from our subconscious mind. It is a method to rewrite our subconscious mind.
Creative Visualization
Creative visualization allows us to consciously attract what we want. What we do is what we visualize in our conscious minds. This is a powerful way of programming our subconscious mind.
There are three ways to do creative visualization.
Auditory
Visual
Kinesthetic
Auditory—This method is used in visualization. We visualize things with words and sounds.
Visual—With this method, we see images and play them out in our minds.
Kinesthetic—In this method, emotions play a more dominant part; we imagine feeling the results.
