Lots of sex doesn’t always mean fulfilling sex or happiness. Factors such as the quality of sex and couple compatibility are more important for achieving a happy sex life.
The frequency of sex is just one factor. Couple compatibility, quality, and type of sex are also important. The link between sex and being happy seems to be there, but it is complex.

All of us must have felt stress, anxiety, depression, or anger. At times, we must have been controlled by them. We must have acted impulsively. We must have done something or said something, only to regret it later. If we get disconnected from our feelings and become emotionally numb. These are signs that need to work on building our emotions.

Subconscious programming starts with thoughts. These thoughts originate in the conscious mind. Then they are stored in the subconscious mind for processing. Once the subconscious mind processes these thoughts, it stores them for later retrieval. Thoughts held for later retrieval are beliefs.
Everything in a person’s life is a result of what they thought. Thoughts are powerful. Thinking something positive would produce positive results.

All of us wish to be happy, and we should be happy. We fixate on our attributes to be happy. We attach our joy to the circumstances, like an evening with friends, weekend romantic moments with our partner, time spent jogging or playing our favourite game, etc.
